Where does the money from my purchases go?

What do I do if I have not received my package?

Although most packages are generally received within about 15 minutes, we recommend that you wait 24 hours before contacting us as there may simply be delays in the system. Do not use the store if the server is not online.

What methods can I use?

Problems or questions about purchases?
